PowerEncoding

PowerEncoding is an easy and powerful tool for converting files' encoding and line endings. *Notice*: PowerEncoding only supports text-based files, for example: .txt, .xml and .cpp and etc. Rich Text Format file can not be converted, such as .doc, .docx, .rtf.
